Platinum Healthcare employs case managers who manage & coordinate the care requirements of individuals with complex needs. This is especially important (and useful) where the services of other providers (such as doctors, specialists etc) are required by one of our clients, enabling us to help with everything from booking suitable appointment times to providing transport to & from the appointment.
