Platinum Care - Crisis Care
Platinum Healthcare's Crisis Care service offers a priority service in the event of emergency assistance being required. This service delivers fast response times to ensure you or your loved one is attended to as quickly as possible. Upon arrival our staff will assess the situation & act to rectify it as soon as possible, notifying family, ambulance or specialists as required. We can provide assistance for long or short periods as required or specifically requested.
PANDAH (Personal Alert Night and Day At Home) is a low cost alert system that keeps carers and loved ones informed via automatic SMS messages direct to their mobile phones without the need for call centres. Platinum Healthcare & PANDAH Connect have formed a partnership which enables us to offer our clients access to the PANDAH product, including installation and testing in your home, along with a brief training session on how the system works.
You can have the PANDAH system alert family members &/or friends, or it can be setup to notify Platinum Healthcare that you or your loved one require assistance. We will then call to check if assistance is required & if there is no response we will immediately send out one of our “Crisis Care” staff. In the interests of providing our clients with a holistic service, delivering to all of our clients' needs as much as possible, we researched a large range of personal alert systems & believe this system best delivers on what our clients require.
There are no on-going costs to subscribe to the service, the unit is simply purchased, installed, tested & is ready for use immediately. There are no call centres to rely on & having Platinum Healthcare's “Crisis Care” staff attend when an alert is raised will help reduce expensive ambulance call-outs unless an ambulance is actually required.
