Platinum Care - Aged Care Assessment

Prior to commencing services with Platinum Healthcare we will provide an initial assessment (if required) where we will meet with you to discuss all your needs. Once we have a detailed understanding of your situation, we will provide you with a complete list of the services we are able to provide you with, along with frequency of these services.

We will also discuss any other requirements you may have such as preferable times for these services & anything else we can do to make your experience with Platinum Healthcare as enjoyable as possible.
